Kirby grew up in Andalusia until she was a sophomore in high school when her family moved to Corbin, Kentucky. She was raised at Southside and saw the love of Christ in her home throughout her childhood. She was saved at the age of 8, but started to truly desire a deeper understanding of God when she was in high school. She received a Bachelor's degree in Fitness and Sports Management from the University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, KY. Kirby went back to school and received a Bachelors degree in nursing from the University of Auburn in Montgomery and has previously worked as a nurse for 7 years.

    Kirby and Corey have been married for 12 years and have two boys, Maverick and Malaki. She is excited about this new adventure and can’t wait to start loving on the children and parents of Southside and our community.
